 NJinNJ.com ..... NO JUSTICE in NEW JERSEY
NJinNJ.com intends to serve as a vehicle through which evidence of rampant judicial malpractice can be organized and consolidated. It is the "conspiracy theory" of the websites creator that the judicial system is corrupted by an absence of honesty, integrity, and accountability. When the known facts are taken to their logical conclusion it seems an inescapable truth that "all" judges "serving" the people of New Jersey are despicable and treasonous liars who are in fact destroying the United States Constitution rather than honoring their oath to obey, protect, and defend it. The logical proof is simple.... No honest judge could be unaware of the crimes against justice being routinely committed by judges within the New Jersey judicial system. Just as certainly true, no honest judge with any integrity could silently permit that injustice to continue without aggressively fighting to protect the integrity of the reputation of their profession, and the integrity of the United States Constitution.
I will concede that complete corruption of the judicial system is a bold and extraordinary accusation, but the common knowledge of the pervasive corruption of the two-party political system creates a context that makes it not only possible, but probable, that a justice system created by that political system would be similarly corrupted.
Judges are appointed through political patronage... in simple truth they must be willing to compromise some portion of their independence and integrity to secure their position. This creates the impossible paradox of having people willing to violate principles as the authority empowered to enforce and protect principles. Almost guaranteeing the inevitability of complete corruption is the fact that judges learn their "profession" as Lying Lawyers who have no respect for the truth or justice... and are highly paid to sacrifice any principal to win regardless of what the truth and justice demands.
